摘要
作者通过对十例腰椎间盘突出症手术摘除的髓核组织进行形态分类和光镜、电镜的组织学观察。观察结果表明,形态上分为弹力型和固定型在光镜下较难分辨,但在电镜下很容易加以区别,并提供了形态上分类的依据。
Nucleus pulpous tissues excised by surgical operation were classified .and their pathological slices and electronmicroscopical ultrastructure were also observed. It confirms that the clinical classification of plastic type and fixed has its histological basis.
