摘要
运用频闪摄影计算机图象分析方法观察分析了9例腰椎间盘突出症的直腿抬高运动,并与正常人进行了对比。结果显示,直腿抬高时,患肢髋踝运动角度变小、角速度变慢,前期时间延长,这些变化可为评定病痛程度及其治疗效果提供重要参考。
Observe and analyze cases of the straight—leg lifts by prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc through the use of intermittent flash photography and computer graphic analysis, compared with that of the abnormal leg's hip and ankle minimizes, angle speed slows down, the primitive time lasts when do a sport about the straight—leg lifts. These changes may provide chief reference for the evaluation of pain and curative effect.
