摘要
本文是对成年人各种类型Colles’骨折治疗后进行病例随访研究,测量患侧及正常侧腕关节功能活动度,同时拍摄双侧腕关节正侧位片,画线测量原始X线片和复查X线片下尺桡骨面及关节间隙各项相关数据。根据骨折分类,将本组病例进行归类。测量结果得出:骨折致尺桡骨关节结构改变与功能相关。最佳关节功能的恢复主要是最佳骨关节复位和有效的固定。在治疗过程中采用测量骨关节动态改变方法其目的是作为医生探索治疗colles’骨折后的恢复关节良好功能对骨关节复位是否达到起码要求,也是预后功能判断的一种手段,有临床实践意义。
The paper reports the follow —up survey of the result of various kinds of Colles' fracture of adults after treatment. The extent of functional motion of joint of the injured and uneffected limbs were both measured,and X —ray films of AP and lateral views of wrist of both sides were taken. Some figures relating to articular surface and articular space of distal radioulnar joint were measured by drawing lines on the original X —ray films and reexamination films. This group of cases is classified according to the cassification of fractures. The result of measure shows that the changes of the structure of distal radioulnar joint caused by fracture relate to funcation. The best recovery of the function of joint comes mainly from the best reduction and effective external immobilization of bone and joint. The method of measuring the dynamic make a minimum requirement about the reduction of fracture for the restoration of bone and joint structure and good function. It is a practical and clinically significant means of determining the prognosis and assessing the function.
