摘要
本文应用二维有限元分析理论,通过求解等厚度三结点三角形单元的平面问题,得出了不同载荷条件下肱骨髁上部位的应力场分布,并对计算结果进行了讨论。
Finite element analysis (FEA) is a tool of structural analysis. In this paper we use it to analyse the stress—field distribution of the supra—condylar position of the humerus. The result shows that the stress of ulna—side of humerus is much larger than that of the radius—side. This result reflects asymmetrical distribution of external load,i. e. the shaft—directional outside force of humerus is partial to its ulna—side, as a result, supra—condylar fracture of the humerus is often complicated by cubitus varus.
