降低集成电路距离继电器暂态超越的措施

A New Type Multi-phase Distance Relay with Transient Over-reach

摘要 本文介绍正在研制的新型距离保护装置,该保护采用多相补偿距离继电器作为测量元件,并采用集成电路实现其保护单元电路。着重研究了其中的滤波电路及方波整形电路,克服了此典继电器目前存在的暂态超越过大的问题,将暂态超越值控制在1%左右。结合动模实骏结果与数据分析,对该套保护进行了评价。 A new distance protection device, adapting multiphase compensating distance relay as detecting element with IC as basic protecting circuit, is described in this paperThe research was emphasized on the filter circuit and squaring circuit in the relayprotection and thus the problem of excessive transient over-reach typically encounteredin similar existing relay has been overcome. The transient over-reach can be controlledwithin 1%, which is quite an advanced level. Finally the performance evaluation of thedevice was carried out in accordance with results of a series of dynamic simulationtests.
