摘要
目的 探讨鱼胆毒对大耳白兔心、肝、肾、肠的损伤所致多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)的机理以及大黄、络泰对MODS的治疗作用。方法 采用鲜草鱼胆汁灌胃法制作动物MODS模型 ,分别测定治疗前后不同时段动物血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及血清、尿液中 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)含量 ;并取各组动物心、肝、肾、肠四种组织观察病理及超微结构变化。结果 治疗前对照组及各治疗组SOD均呈进行性降低 ,治疗后逐渐恢复 ;对照组与大黄、络泰两治疗组差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与大黄、络泰联合治疗组差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1) ;血及尿液 β2 -MG治疗前均进行性升高 ,治疗后逐渐恢复。对照组与大黄、络泰两治疗组差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;与大黄、络泰联合治疗组差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。心、肝、肠组织细胞均有不同程度的病理结构改变 ,而各治疗组较对照组病理改变轻。结论 大黄、络泰具有抗氧自由基及保护心、肝、肾、肠组织细胞及黏膜作用 ,两药联合使用作用更佳 。
Objective To study the pathophysiologic basis of MODS such as internal organic injury,disturbance of microcirculation and oxygen free radical produced eruptively,in experiment animals poisoned by fish bile poison and to study the therapy of Rheum officinal Baill and Panax Notoginseng Saponins on MODS.Methods Make the animal model of MODS,Which is produced by pouring fresh fish bile into stomach.Determine the content of SOD,β 2-MG(in serum and urine) in different periods after and before treatment.Observe the pathologic changes of heart,liver,kidney and intestine by microscope and electron Results Before treatment,SOD in treatment groups and control group all show progressive decrease and after treatment it gradually recovers.β 2 MG is just like SOD.The difference (including SOD and β 2 MG) between groups treated by Rheum officinal Baill,or Panax Notoginseng Saponins and control group is obvious ( P <0 05).And the difference between groups streated by Rheum offficinal Baill,or panax Notoginseng Saponins and control group is very obvious ( P <0.01).The hearts,livers and intestines all have pathomorphologic changes but have no specificity.The change in treatment groups is less than that in control group.Conclusions Rheum officinal Baill,and panax Notoginseng Saponins have a protective effect on cells and tissues of the heart,liver,kidney and intestine,and on macosa of intestine.The two drags can improve microcirculation and have efficiency of antioxygen free radical as well. The combination of Rheum officinal Baill and panax Notoginseng Saponins is more effcient.It is worth making a further clinical study. [
