摘要
本文介绍了我国国产300MW汽轮机第一次采用西屋WDPF分散型微机控制系统的运行效果。在启动调试中对汽机启动方式、机械响应、人机接口及调节参数调整等问题作了详尽的考虑和改进,使该控制系统在国产300MW机组上取得良好的效果,实现了汽轮机启动时的自动控制及正常运行中机炉协调控制和负荷限制的功能。
The operation of first domestic made 30OMW unit using WestinghouseWDPF distributed microprocessed coordinating control system is described in this paper.Start-up mode, mechnical response, man-machine interface and parametric adjustment ofPID requlator were carefully investigated and improved previous to and during the start-up test, which resulted in an excellent benifit to the automatic start-up and coordinatingcontrol of the unit.
