A Study on the Chemical Picking Method of Hippophae Fruit

摘要 本试验针对沙棘采收中存在的突出问题,利用适当浓度的乙烯利具有促使果实和叶片脱落的功效,进行了化学采收的研究.试验结果表明:在沙棘果实由绿变黄期,喷10000ppm的40%乙烯利溶液,一般气候条件下,7天后即有部分果实开始脱落,而且果实完好率明显增多.与振动或气动采收机械结合效果更为理想. The chemical picking method of Hippophae fruit is studied in this experiment which directed against some prominent problems existing in the process of Hippophae picking and used the proper concentration of ethephon that possesses the efficacy of impelling to fall the fruit and leaves. The experimental results showed that parts of the fruit began to fall after 7 days under the general climate if 40% of 10,00ppm ethephon solution was sprayed while Hippophae fruit changed colour from green to yellow. Compared with the manual picking method, the efficiency has been raised 8 times using this kind of technique, and the percentage of perfect fruit has increased clearly. If the chemical picking method combined with other vibrated or air-driven picking machineries, the effect will be much better.
