摘要
采用核壳分段乳液共聚合 ,制成多相互穿网络的涂料染色粘合剂。因NMA或IBMA等活性单体参与共聚 ,使合成粘合剂在酸环境中具有低温自交联性。文章叙述了共聚反应条件对粘合剂性能及其使用效果的影响 ,介绍了适宜的染整工艺操作 ,以及赋予棉绸以丰满柔软手感和立体雪花视觉效果的技术。
Using copolymerization of pit/shell emulsion with different stages,the coat dyeing binder with polystate interpenetrating networks is manufactured.Copolymerized with active monomers such as NMA or IBMA,the synthesized binder shows low temperature self crosslinking behavior in acid environment.The impact of the copolymerization condition on the properties and practical application is researched.At the same time,the suitable dyeing and finishing processes and operation are introduced so as to obtain the rich and soft handle and three dimension snowflake effects on noil silk fabrics.
