摘要
采用ST171菌种 ,经过肉汤培养后 ,加入适当保护剂 ,制成猪链球菌病活疫苗。经过安全性、免疫效力等试验证明具有良好的免疫原性和保护力。
We gain the activated Vaccine against swine streptococcicosi by the mathod of cultivated ST171 strain with broth and add propriety protective reagents.The safety and efficiency test proved that the Vaccine has good immunogenicity and immuno protectivity.
