米非司酮对晚孕引产新生鼠大脑皮质超微结构的影响

摘要 目的 探讨米非司酮引产对新生鼠脑组织超微结构的影响。方法 将 10只孕鼠随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组各 5只。孕 2 0天给实验组母鼠灌服米非司酮 11 5± 1mg加麻油 1ml引产 ,对照组母鼠灌服麻油 1ml。产后 2 4小时内随机选新生鼠 1只 /窝 ,取右侧大脑顶叶皮质组织进行电镜观察。结果 与对照组相比实验组新生鼠脑组织可见 :(1)神经细胞肿胀 ,坏死。 (2 )神经毡肿胀 ,局部结构破坏。 (3)突触连续减少 ,间质水肿。 (4)神经胶质细胞肿胀 ,染色质浓染 ,泡沫细胞增多。(5 )毛细血管内皮内线粒体肿胀 ,星形胶质细胞脚板肿胀。结论 米非司酮可造成新生鼠脑组织缺血缺氧性损害。 Objective To investigate the effects of mifepristone,which was used to induce labour in trimester pregnancy,on the cerebral ultrastracture of neonatal rats.Methods 10 pregnant rats were divided into an experimental group (n=5)and a control group(n=5)randomly.At the 20 th day of gestation,the experimental rats were given sesame oil 1ml and mifespristone 11 5±1mg,while the control rats were given only sesame oil 1ml.After labour,a neonatal rat was picked out from every nest at random.The cortical tissues of its right parieto cerebrum were taken to the TEM observation.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed the following morphological changes:(1)Neurons swelled or necrosed;(2)Dendrites and axoms swelled and were partially damaged;(3)Synaptic connections decreased and interstitiums swelled;(4)neuroglial cells also swelled,chromosomes concentrated and foamy cells increased;(5)mitochonidria in capillary endothelium puffed and the endochylema of astrocytes surrounded capillary swelled too.Conclusion Mifespristone could make ischemia hypoxia changes in cerebrums of neonatal rats in induced labour of trimester pregnancy.
