摘要
目的:探讨老年前列腺癌患者血清锌浓度的变化特点。方法:随机选择46例老年前列腺癌病人及52例健康老年男性,用全自动生化分析仪测定他们血清锌的浓度。结果:血清锌平均浓度老年前列腺癌组为8.1±0.6μmol/L,对照组为14.5±0.7μmol/L,二者显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:老年前列腺癌患者血清锌浓度较正常人明显下降,提示测定血清锌浓度对前列腺癌的诊断有参考价值。
Objective : To study variation of serum zinc concentration in elderly patients with prostate cancer were studied. Methods: Serum zinc concentrations in 46 elderly patients with prostate cancer and in 52 health elderly men were determined by use of biochemical automatic analyzer. Results: The mean serum zinc concentration in prostate cancer group and in health group were 8.1 ±0.6μnol/L and 14.5 ±0.7μmol/L (P<0.05), respectively. Conclusion: The results suggest that serum zinc concentration in elderly patients with prostate cancer is lower than that in health men, and to measure the serum zinc concentration may beuseful for diagnosing the prostate cancer.
