摘要
目的 :为了用国产的聚乙烯醇 (PVA - 1788)代替日本产的聚乙烯醇 (PVA - 12 4)作为基质来制备嘎木朱尔涂膜剂。方法 :用两种基质 (PVA - 1788和PVA - 12 4)制备嘎木朱尔涂膜剂 ,并在含量测定 ,稳定性 ,刺激性等方面对两种涂膜剂进行了比较。结果 :二者在含量测定、稳定性、刺激性等方面均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :用国产的PVA - 1788完全可以代替日本产的PVA - 12 4作为基质制备嘎木朱尔涂膜剂。
Objective:In order to use Chinese polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-1788)instead of Japanese polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-124) as base prepared GaMuZhuer film.Methods:Using two bases (Chinese PVA-1788 and Japanese PVA-124) prepared GaMuZhuer films,and compared the difference of the two GaMuZhuer films at content determination,stability,irritability.Results:The two films haven't different at content determination,stability,irritability (P>0 05).Conclusion:Chinese polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-1788) can prepared GaMuZhuer film as base instead of Japanese polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-124).
