摘要
在分析科研项目评审工作的基础上 ,应用模糊数学中的相关知识 ,将评审内容分为以“科技水平、作用意义、科研规模”为准则的准则层以及与各准则相关的指标层 ,建立了科研项目评审工作的多级模糊综合评判模型。经过实例验算 ,结果可信 ,操作简便 ,有广泛的应用前景。
Based on analyzing assessment of scientific research subject, this paper establishes fuzzy multi-synthesis assessment model of scientific research subject's assessment with knowledge of fuzzy mathematics. The model divides the content of assessment into criterion layer and target layer which is correlated with the former. It is validated by the examples, the result is believable that the operation is easy and has good applied future.\;
