摘要
将由葫芦巴种子 (fenugreekseed)提取的两种物质 (FSA1FSA2 ) ,分别按三个剂量连续 30天饲喂四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型大鼠 ,测定不同时期各组大鼠的血糖水平及存活率 ,并对各血糖值作方差分析和多重比较 ;分别取正常群体和糖尿病鼠的总体均数对各组进行显著性检验 ,结果表明两种提取物的高、中剂量具有降血糖作用 ,但仅能使病鼠血糖处于过渡状态 ,而不能使其完全康复 ;低剂量无降血糖作用 。
(FSA1,FSA2) for 30 days.The blood glucose(BG) and the survival rate were determined.The various analyses and the multiple comparison of the BG between any two different groups,the significant tests of the average between the normal rats and diabetic rats were all done. The results showed that the high doses and the medium doses can reduced the BG, but can't make them return to normal. The BG of the diabetic rats which took low doses can't be reduced,and the survival rate was very low.
