概述了我国电信业务在近期的发展状况及其发展特点；论述了新一代话音网络产生的背景、网络特点及结构；进而讨论了新一代网络技术的发展趋势；最后对我国网络标准的研究动向作了简单的介绍。
This article outlines the recent status and characteristics of the telecom service development in China; describes the background against which the new generatlon voice network has emerged and Its characteristics and structure; discusses the development trend of the new generation network technology and finally gives a brief introduction to the developments in network standard research in China.
