摘要
大圆角洗衣机箱体加工成型时 ,由于回弹及弯曲成型时料流动等原因 ,使成品尺寸尤其是定位段尺寸及质量难以保证 文中通过改进产品的结构工艺 ,对模具主要尺寸进行合理的设计计算 。
It is difficult to guarantee the quality of washing machine boxes with a big arc because of the rebounding and flowing of the material.The guality of the product can be improved in accordance with the requirement by improving the structural technology of the product and through a reasonable design of the main mould parameters.
