摘要
叙述了小波变换的基本原理，应用小波分析结合平方变换及包络技术，从理论上说明了变速箱故障诊断的依据．通过对一变速箱进行噪声测试，得到其声压信号．数据分析结果清楚显示出从动轮有一齿故障．
This paper applied the theory of the wavelet analysis, square transform and envelope spectrum to diagnose the fault in gearbox. By making a test for a gearbox, gain the noise signal. The result of the signal Processing shows that the fault in the tooth can be detected cl early.
