摘要 用氧化镁(MgO)和磷酸二氢铵(NH4H2WPO4)为主要原材料,在一定配合比条件下,制备出超早强型磷酸镁水泥(MPC)。3h抗压强度达到39.4MPa,1d的抗压强度达到55MPa。影响MPC净浆力学性能的主要因素有:NH4H2PO4与MgO的比值;氧化镁的比表面积;水灰比等。 In some ratio, very-high-early-strength MPC can be produced. By using over-fired magnesia (MgO) and mono-am- monium phosphate (NH4H2PO4) as main raw material and borax as retarder. The compressive strength at 3h is 39.4 MPa, the strength at 1d is 55MPa. There are several main factors that influencel mechanical properties of MPC pure paste: NH4H2PO4/ MgO ratio; specific surface area of MgO; water-binder ratio etc.
