摘要
针对现代故障诊断理论方法实用较少的情况 ,提出了动态系统故障的二级诊断法 首先 ,根据动态系统是设备装置实现信号串行的工程系统的特点 ,以设备装置的输入量、输出量和状况量为系统的变量 ,建立系统的定性结构方程 ,用于系统的设备装置级的故障诊断 其次 ,对故障装置应用故障树分析 ,确定其失效或异常的部器件 ,从而完成系统故障定位 由计算机简便实现的实例表明 。
This paper presents the two-grade diagnosis approach of dynamic systems in view of the fact that modern fault theory diagnosis methods are applied less.Firstly,according to the characteristic of dynamic system as it was signal series system realized by equipment,using the equipment's situation and I/O as the system varite,qualitative construction equations are built and applied to the fault diagnosis for equipment.Secondly,the failure or abnormal component of fault equipment can be determined by fault-tree analysis,thus the diagnosis processes for system fault have completed.An example shows that presented approach can simply and effectively realize system fault diagnosis on-line.
