摘要
以硫酸法钛白厂副产七水硫酸亚铁和工业品氯化钾为原料 ,采用两步复分解法 ,常温常压下 ,在小型的工业化装置中 ,生产符合国标ZBG2 10 0 6- 89农用一级品硫酸钾 整个过程流程较简单 ,能耗低 ,投资省 ,无三废排放 钾的收率达 88%以上 工艺条件稳定 ,产品质量稳定 中试结果与小试具有较好的重复性 。
The first-class K 2SO 4 up to ZBG21006-89 standard is produced by 2-stage reaction of waste FeSO 4·7H 2O from TiO 2 factory(sulfuric acid method) with industrial product KCl at a normal temperature and atmospheric pressure on the pilot plant.The whole procedure has shorter flow route,lower energy comsumption,less investment and no wastes displacement.The potassium(K +) yield percentage is more than 88%.It has stable process conditions and product quality.The result of productive experiment repeats well to that of laboratorial research and this is well enlarged.
