摘要
在楔形模宽条料拉拔塑性加工问题中 ,为了考虑金属材料表面微凸结构对模具与加工件接触区上的非局部摩擦效应 ,采用Oden等提出的非局部摩擦定律代替经典的库仑摩擦定律 ,结合主应力法 ,建立了楔形模宽条料拉拔问题的力平衡方程式 ;并在简化的情况下 ,利用摄动法求得近似的解析解 所得到的接触面压应力分布值同库仑摩擦定律下的不完全相同 。
The nonlocal friction law proposed by Oden et al is adopted in the mechanical analysis of wide strip drawing through wedge-shaped die,in order to consider the nonlocal friction effect of the asperities on the contact surface between the die and the processed metal material. The mechanical equilibrium equation is given with the slab method and solved approximately with the perturbation method.The result of the normal contact stress distribution of the problem with nonlocal friction is different from the classical one when the Coulomb law of friction is adopted in the same problem and so the nonlocal effect of the asperities on contact surface on the stress distribution on the same area is shown here.
