摘要
本文作为金属切削计算机仿真的一部分,讨论了二维正交切削中切削热的产生与传出特点,研究了包含工件、刀具和切屑的系统温度分布,并推导了基于有限元法的稳态切削温度场刚度矩阵方程式。
As a part study of the computer simulation system, this paper discusses the properties of the generation and transfer of cutting heat, investigates the determination of temperature distributions in work,tool and chip theoretically, and has derived the thermal stiffness matrix equations in two-dimensional orthogonal metal machining in steady state, using the finite element method.
