摘要
在含碳0.7~1.4%的钢中,采用多元素微量合金化,提高其淬透性,经等温热处理后,可获得贝氏体与马氏体基体加弥散分布碳化物。由于贝氏体细化分割了马氏体,使试验钢具有优良的韧性,而且硬度可达到HRC55~61。在水泥球磨机与电厂球磨机中使用,显示出优良的抗磨性。
In the steel containing 0.7--1.4% carbon, Bainite and Martensite can be obtained by alloying with several elements to increase its hardenability and austempering. The tested steel is of excellent toughness and its hardness range is HRC55--61 because of Martensite being isolated by fine Bainite. This kind of steel shows remarkable wear- resistance in application to ball mills of many cernent and power factolies.
