摘要
本文研究了形变织构与分层效应对氮化08F钢韧化行为的影响,试验结果表明:形变氮化试样的韧化不但与形变织构有关,而且与分层效应也有密切相关,随形变量增加,冲击功出现明显的韧脆转移现象,这与极点密F*111、P*112、P*100的变化规律十分相似,蚀坑法测定(100)面也具有上述的规律,形变使晶粒拉长,晶面有规律的排列,氮化之后由于氮化物在晶内与晶界上折出,弱化晶与晶面,从而产生分层效应,增加韧性,断口分析表明,在形变量较大时,断口上出现许多分层裂缝。
The effect of deformation texture and lamellation on toughening behaviour of nitriding 08F steel was studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the change regulation of impect work is similar to change regulation of limit- point density (P_(100)P_(112)P_(111)). The crystal face and crystal boundary was weaken in the strength, due to nitride separte out. The macrofractographic analysis show that the laminar appearance was observed when the deformation degree is over 50%.
