摘要
ＳＥＤ－１３３０是日本ＳＥＩＫ０ ＥＰＳ０Ｎ公司产品，作为图形和字符液晶显示控制器是同类产品 中功能最强的控制器之一．其具有指令功能丰富，Ｉ／０缓冲器及驱动能力强等特点．本文主要说 明该芯片的特点、组成并介绍了在ＳＥＤ－１３３０控制器上显示汉字的方法，并给出该芯片与８０３１ 的硬件接口和编程实例及１６位汉字字模提取程序．
SED-1330 is the product of SEIKO EPSON Corporation. As the graphic and character LCD controller, it is one of the controllers that have the most powerful function in the congenial products. It has the features: rich instructions, I/O buffer register and strong drive ability etc. This paper mainly introduces the feature, composition of the chip and the method of display Chinese character. It also gives the hardware interface between the chip and 8031 processor, the programming instance and the extraction program of 16 bits Chinese character font.
