摘要
从运动和受力的角度 ,按链条恒张力要求 ,介绍了自行车采用非圆链轮时 ,链轮的节曲线、齿槽位置的确定及其齿廓 ,与普通圆链轮传动的性能作对比 ,链条拉力的波动幅度明显减小 ,传动性能得到了改善。
According to the requirement of stable tension force for chains and from the movement and the angle under stress, this paper demonstrates that with non-round chain wheel used in bicycle, the driving performance is improved and the fluctuation range of pulling force of chains is reduced dramatically compared with ordinary round chain drive.
