摘要
在厌氧条件下 ,分别以海藻酸钙 ( CA)和聚乙烯醇 ( PVA)为固定化微生物包埋剂 ,采用正交试验法 ,确定了其适宜的包埋条件 .对形成的两种固定化微生物小球进行了比较 ,其中 CA球的机械强度及吸附性能不及 PVA球 ,但传质性能强于 PVA球 .在低负荷下 CA球的 PCP去除率高于 PVA球 ,在高负荷下 ,则反之 .固定化微生物对废水中 PCP处理效率均优于未包埋的活性污泥 .
The optimal conditions for immobilizing anaerobic sludge acclimated for PCP biodegradation were determined through orthogonal-tests by using Calcium Alginate(CA) and PVA as the entrapped carrier,respecitively.The two kinds of immobilized pellets formed were compared each other,and the results show that CA pellets are weaker than PVA ones in mechanical intensity and the ability of adsorption,but are better in mass transfer.The removal rate of PCP by CA pellets is higher than that by PVA one at lower loading,while an opposite performance can be obtained at higher loading.PCP biodegradation efficiency treated by both CA and PVA pellets is better than that by suspended cultures.
