摘要 阐述了 WAY类似物在中枢神经系统 5-羟色胺 (5- HT)受体显像剂方面的研究状况 ,介绍了这类化合物在中枢神经系统 5- HT受体显像剂方面的优越性 ,并对 99Tcm 标记 The WAY analogues of central nervous system(CNS) 5-hydroxytrypmine receptor imaging agents are introduced. The advantages of WAY analogues in CNS 5-hydroxytrypmine 1A receptor imaging agents are described. The labelled methods and the current state of WAY analogues based on 99 Tc m in CNS receptor imaging agents are reviewed.
