摘要
介绍了PP圆椅的形状,研究了点浇口、热流道注射成型PP圆椅的模具结构及运行特征,分析了点浇口的设计要点,阐述了温控系统的选择,以及注射工艺条件对制品的影响。结果表明,按照提供的工艺条件进行调试,能生产出表面光泽好,无任何流痕、飞边等缺陷的制品。
The shape of PP round chair are introduced, the mould structure of the injection molding with point gate and hot runner for the PP round chair, and it's running characteristics are researched. The design of point gate are analyzed. Choice of the temperature control system and the effect of technical parnmeters on the products are elaborated. According to technical condition supplied, the results indicate that the products have no flow mark, flash and other .flaws.
