摘要
使用双金属氰化物络合催化剂 ,首先制备了低不饱和度高相对分子质量聚氧化丙烯多元醇 ,再采用碱金属化合物催化剂 ,用环氧乙烷封端 ,制得高活性聚醚多元醇。所得聚醚二醇及聚醚三醇的羟值约为 2 6mgKOH/g ,不饱和度约 0 .0 0 7mmol/g ,伯羟基摩尔分数大于 85%
A polyether polyols with low monol and high reactivity were prepared by steps of:(a) using a double metal cyanide catalyst (DMC) to prepare polyoxypropylene polyols with low unsaturation and high molecular weight;(b) treating said polyol with alkali compound;(c) capping said base treated polyol with ethylene oxide.The hydroxyl value of the obtained polyether glycols and triols is about 26 mgKOH/g,The unsaturation of the polyols is about 0.007 mmol/g,and the molar fraction of primary hydroxyl groups is over 85%.
