摘要
长输天然气管道输量较低时,管线无法进行正常的清管作业。为此摸索出人为建立清管压差、并利用站场放空回路上安装放空总阀控制气量的清管方法,同时对于管线首段、末段清管,也采用降低运行压力的办法进行处理,保证了清管作业的顺利进行。在实际应用中,取得了显著效果。
When the gas flow rate is less than design data normal pigging methods can not be used. Therefore a pigging method is found that the pigging pressure difference is set up and a vent valve controlling gas now is mounted at the vent pipe of scraper trap station. Meanwhile, the method of decreasing operation pressure is also adopted in the original and terminal sections of pipelines so as to guarantee the normal pigging operation. The notable effect is gained in practice.
