摘要
新形势下图书馆期刊工作应加强科学管理，开发期刊信息资源，提高管理人员的整体素质，以实现期刊管理现代化，以及期刊资源共享，提高期刊利用率。
The scientific management in the periodical work of the library under the new circumstances must be strengthened,the journal information resources be developed and the guality of the whole library staff be enhanced,so as to realize the modernization in the periodical management and its resource share, and raise the utilization ratio of the periodicals.
