摘要
虚拟企业是新近在欧美等发达国家出现的一种企业组织形式，其实质是借助现代网络技术（主要是因特网）快速与其他企业建立起合作关系，以达到预定的目标。这种通过因特网展开的合作（即：虚拟企业网上合作）是传统合作形式的进一步发展。本文从虚拟企业网上合作的产生、特点、优势、生命周期、合作模式及其影响合作成功的因素几个方面对这一新的合作形式进行一些探讨。
Virtual corporation is a new form of corporation organization, which appears in the Occident developed countries recently. In essence, its purpose is to achieve predetermined aim by establishing cooperation connection with other corporations by using modern network, especially internet. This internet cooperation mode is the advanced development from traditional cooperation. In this article, this new cooperation mode is discussed from several aspects such as its origination, characteristics, advantages, life cycle, cooperation mode and effect factors.
