摘要
本文针对加入世界贸易组织给我国企业带来的机遇与挑战，提出了应建立面向全球的快速响应型企业的观点，然后结合信息技术的发展趋势，分析了目前企业的一些弊端，并从成立业务小组、实现企业集成、建立战略联盟和坚持顾客至上四个方面提出了对策与措施。
With the opportunities and challenges brought by the entry into the WTO, this paper puts forward a new viewpoint of creating the globe－ oriented quick－ responsive enterprises. Based on the analysis of malpractice of current enterprises and consideration of new trends of information technology, some arrangements and countermeasures are proposed in respect of business group, enterprise integrating, strategy alliance and customer service.
