摘要
高科技风险投资项目具有高风险、高收益、高增长潜力的特点。如何较好评价风险从而较好地防范、控制和规避风险，减少投资过程中的不确定性是高科技风险投资成败的关键。基于这一点，本文从风险投资的特点入手，通过对高科技风险投资项目的分析，建立起一套风险评价体系，希望能够对我国风险投资业的发展有所帮助。
