摘要
本文论述了中国西部农业政策演变，探讨了西部农业产业化发展存在的问题，提出了加快农业产业化进程的政策措施。
In this paper, the author discusses the evolvement of agricultural policies, and explores the existing problems in agricultural industrialization of development in West China． Furthermore, the author proposes the policies and measures of speeding up the process of agricultural industrialization in West China．
