摘要
我国产业风险投资长期以来存在着规模偏小、结构不合理、回报率偏低、运作不规范等诸多问题 ,产业风险投资的运作环境尚很不健全是其中的一个重要原因。为了构建和完善产业风险投资运作环境 ,政府必须在为民间资本介入产业风险投资领域提供便利与工具过程中发挥积极的引导作用 ,为产业风险投资发展建立完备的法律环境 ,以推动民间资本成为产业风险投资的主体 ;逐步建立和完善适合我国国情的第二板市场 ;
There are problems for long time in chinese industrial venture capitals,such as small scales and low returns,inappropriate fund structure,and irrational operations,for where the imperfect operation environment for industrial venture capital is one of the key factor. This paper points out that,for building and improving the operation environment,the government should play an active role in providing facilities and tools for private capitals,establish proper legal system to promote private capital to become the main body of industrial venture capitals,and gradually set up the second board stock market and build suitable social environment for current national situations.
