摘要
高校体制改革的深入要求图书馆工作者增强事业心 ,提高“情商”水平 ,加强计算机、外语等知识的学习 ,增强法律意识 ,从而尽快提高自身素质 。
Librarians of universities and colleges are required to strengthen devotion to their works,enhance their Emotional Quotient level and increase their knowledge of computer,foreign language as well as the law. Only in this way can librarians adapt to education reform.
