摘要
自由基通过各种反应途径对 DNA造成多种损伤，如碱基修饰糖等。损伤产生的各类产 物能与 DNA进一步反应。本文讨论自由基经不同途径对 DNA造成损伤和相关的化学本质。
Free radicals produce a numder of lesions in DNA such as base lesions,sugar lesions by a variety of mechanisms,and furthermore,the lesion product can react with DNA.The different chemistry nature were discussed related to the free radicals damage in DNA.
