摘要
本文对“教育技术素质”这一概念进行了分析 ,阐述了教育技术素质的丰富内涵 ,并在新形势下提出教育技术素质的现实意义。指出教育技术素质是素质教育中的重要内容 。
The author analyzes in the article the conception of education technology quality and expounds the rich connotation. He explains the practical significance under the new situation. It is also pointed out that the education technique quality is the important content. The teachers to be must possess certain education technique quality before they are able to meet the demands of the education technique quality in the epoch of information.
