摘要
期刊出版日益繁荣,无论是种类还是质量都达到了新的水平,与此同时也呈现出了多变的特点。本文论述了期刊变化的表现形式以及对期刊管理利用的影响,并提出了相应对策。
With the increase of economic and the development of science,technology and culture in China,The kinds, quantity of periodical publication have reached to new level.At the same time,periodical appears a lot of changes.This article discuss the showing forms of the periodical change and their effects on management and utilization.As well,The outher set the countermeasures for removing the effects.
