摘要
知识管理是一种跨学科、跨领域的研究对象与管理思想,从职业特征看,图书情报人员是知识管理者的重要组成部分,情报学应属于知识管理研究范畴。文章结合国内外情报界对知识管理的介绍、研究、引进与应用现状,探讨知识管理对情报学发展的影响因素,提出从情报学角度研究知识管理的重点内容。
Knowledge management (KM) is a kind of cross-discipline and cross-profession research subject and management thoughts. From the view of professional characteristics, librarians and information specialists are an important part of knowledge managers, and information science is a branch of KM research. Based on the research and application status of KM by information circles, this paper probes into the influencing factors of KM on the development of information science and puts forward the main research contents of KM from the view of information sciences.
