摘要
文章从产业结构战略性调整的紧迫性和重要性出发，在分析美国调整产业结构所提供的有益的启示基础上，结合我国当前产业结构战略性调整遇到的难点，提出了我国产业结构战略性调整的对策。
Because of the urgent demand for the adjustment of industrial structure and its importance，the author presents some countermeasures for this adjustment in our country after analyzing the successful experience in the adjustment of industrial structure in USA and the problems we have met during the adjustment．
