改革开放后,苏南个体私营经济得到恢复和发展 ,成为新的经济增长点。党的“十五大”对发展个体私营经济的重要理论突破 ,使非公有制经济进入一个全新发展阶段 ,苏南个体私营经济面临新的机遇。抓住机遇 ,转变发展战略 。
The private economy in south Jiangsu has recovered and enjoyed great development with the implementation of economic reform and opening-up to the outside and has become a new developing point in Chinese economy. At the meantime, it is also facing new challenges. To capture the opportunities and change the developing strategy is the key to maintaining its healthy development.
