摘要
世界各国形形色色的社会保险制度不外乎两种类型 :一种是以瑞典等福利国家为代表的严格意义的社会保险制度 ,另一种是以新加坡中央公积金制度为代表的准社会保险制度。新加坡几年成功经验充分表明中央公积金制度是一种行之有效的社会保险制度。我国应借鉴新加坡中十央公积金制度 ,建立起一套以自助型的高度统一的公积金制度为核心 ,以大病医疗保险 。
The existing social insurance systems in the world fall into two types. One type is the complete social insurance system in practice in the countries like Sweden. The other is the quasi-social insurance system typical of the Central Provident Fund' available in S'pore. It is noted that CPF has proven effective over the past decades and will be of some significance to the build-up of China's integrated social insurance system against serious illness, job injuries and unemployment.
