摘要
本文认为素质教育并非指增加或减少些什么内容。它强调的是教育过程中的各个方面。人的全面发展是素质教育的根本。针对目前的学校体育存在种种与素质教育相悖的地方 。
This paper argues that quality education does not simply mean an addition or deduction of knowledge impartment, but refers to every aspect of the overall development of students in educational process. The author reveals some problems arising in the quality education in a China's higher education setting and brings up some suggestions to improve them.
