本文针对目前高校科研管理中存在的问题 ,运用等级组织理论 。
This paper presents the existing problems of scientific research management in universities. Using the hierarchy theory, the paper makes a preliminary discussion of raising scientific research management efficiency through improving the scientific research management system and establishing a new multi-level scientific research management model.
