摘要
目的评价胆囊切除术的潜在危险性。方法对胆囊切除术中所遇到的各种困难和复杂情况及处理方法进行归类总结。结果在2 15例胆囊切除术中遇各种困难和复杂情况占 2 0 % ,未发生手术并发症 ,但险情不断。结论胆囊切除术充满潜在危险 ,对术中出现的任何困难和意外情况如不能稳妥处理 。
Objective To evaluate the potential risks of cholecystectomy.Methods There were many difficulties and complexities managed by effective methods and classified in cholecystectomy.Results In 215 cases,20% found difficulties and complexities.There were no complications,but dangers often took up in the operation.Conclusions Cholecystectomy bears potential risks.If any difficulties and complexities can not be well managed,it will lead to terrible outcome.
