叶酸、B族维生素对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的治疗价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨叶酸、B族维生素对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病 (冠心病 )患者的治疗意义。方法对 5 8例经冠状动脉造影检查证实为冠心病的患者应用叶酸、B族维生素治疗 2周 ,采用放射免疫法测定治疗前后血浆血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )、6 -酮 -前列腺素 F1 a(6 -K-PGF1 a)水平。结果冠心病患者治疗后血浆 TXB2 无明显改变 ,6 -K-PGF1 a明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论应用叶酸、B族维生素可提高 6 -K-PGF1 a水平 ,改善 TXB2 /6 -K-PGF1 a平衡 。 Objective To study the therapeutic value of folic acid and B vitamins in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the levels of TXB 2 and 6 K PGF 1a in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography before and after using folic acid,vitamin B 6 and B 12 two weeks late.Results The levels of TXB 2 didn't change remarkably but 6 K PGF 1a increased significantly (P<0.05) .Conclusion Folic acid and B vitamins can increase the level of 6 K PGF 1a which is effective to the prevention of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
